My summer internship at Atlassian was aimed at recreating the Integrations workflow in Jira Service Management. The redesign was to be lead from a competitor benchmarking perspective, proposing solutions inspired by industry norms. The result was 3 workflows designed after benchmarking 7 SaaS competitors.
